on hold
all chapters and related materials have been put on hold due to a request from a close friend. apparently, she believes that she can get it published. that isn't the reason why it has been put on hold from being published on the blog. she has requested firmly not to publish anything from the book until she reads it and feels that there is no market for it and that it can not get published.
